Prabal Singh
Prabal earned his doctorate from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (IIM-A). His doctoral dissertation investigated the implication of the provider payment system used in a maternal health financing initiative of the Government of Gujarat, on health service delivery outcomes.
He has eleven years of experience in working in public health, both in the public and private sectors. He has also worked on the National e-Governance Plan of Government of India. Under NeGP he worked on the Unique Identification Number (UID) initiative, capacity building and assisted in developing the result framework document for measuring performance of the e-Governance division of Ministry of IT. He has published four research papers in international peer reviewed academic journals
